1. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS .

The User may return to BROWÏ, free of charge, any product that has a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the contracted products, the User will have a period of one month from when he became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to notify BROWÏ of his lack of conformity with them. If said period is exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the User

To formalize the return, the User must contact BROWÏ within the granted period of one month through the following form: Return.

Once BROWÏ has received the communication from the User, it will inform you within 3-5 business days whether or not to return the product. In the event that the return proceeds, BROWÏ will indicate to the User the method of collection or delivery of the defective product to its offices.

  • Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -if applicable-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it.

If the User does not proceed in this way, BROWÏ reserves the right to deny the return.

Once the product has been received and the defects verified, BROWÏ will give the User the possibility to replace the product with another with identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for BROWÏ.

In the event that due to lack of stock it is not possible to proceed with the shipment of another product with identical characteristics, the User may choose between terminating the contract (that is, the refund of the amounts paid) or requesting the shipment of another model of the collection with the same amount.

The delivery of the product with identical characteristics or the new model that the User chooses, as appropriate, will take place within a maximum period of 24/48 hours, counting from the date that BROWÏ will confirm to the User the replacement of the defective product or the shipment of the new model.

The sending of a new model or the termination of the contract will not imply additional expenses for the User.

If the User terminates the contract, BROWÏ will refund the entire amount paid for the purchase of the defective product.

BROWÏ informs Users that the term for the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method used by the User when purchasing the product:

  • If the User has made the payment by credit/debit card, BROWÏ will refund the amount paid within a period of 14 calendar days from the date the User decided to terminate the contract.
  • If the User has made the payment through PayPal, BROWÏ will refund the amount paid within a period of 24-48 business hours from the date the User decided to terminate the contract.


2. WITHDRAWAL (Return)

In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from when we have been notified of your arrival to return the entire order or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that make up the total order and all without the need to indicate the reasons. BROWÏ will manage the return for Spain peninsula free of charge.

To proceed with it, you must verify that your order meets the following conditions:

  • The product must be found unused and with all its labels, packaging and -if applicable-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it.
  • It must be sent in the same conditions in which it was received, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product.

If the User does not proceed in this way or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that BROWÏ may deny the return.

Once your return is confirmed , BROWÏ will indicate to the User within 3-5 business days the method of collection or delivery of the product/s to its offices.

BROWÏ is not responsible if you make a return to another address than the one provided in the form.

Once received at our offices, we will proceed to examine it and we will notify you by email if the return is appropriate, taking into account that it is within the established period and that the product is in perfect condition.

BROWÏ will return the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the date on which the User has informed of his decision to withdraw from the contract, the refund of the amounts paid will depend on the method of payment that the User would have used when buying the product:

  • If the User has made the payment by credit/debit card, BROWÏ will refund the amount paid within a period of 14 calendar days from the date the User decided to terminate the contract.
  • If the User has made the payment through PayPal, BROWÏ will refund the amount paid within a period of 24-48 business hours from the date the User decided to terminate the contract.

In the case of promotions applicable to the acquisition of independent items that include the addition of an additional product, being by way of example, but not limited to, 2x1, 3x2 promotions or any other that implies the delivery of an extra product for free or reduced price, if the User decides to apply his right of withdrawal on his purchase, said right will have effects on the set of products provided as part of the promotion.

3. WRONG ORDER.

If you receive your order incorrectly, you must contact BROWÏ through the following form: Return.

And sending an image to info@browistore.com in which everything you have received is appreciated, and we will give you a solution once the content has been verified.

4. PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY.

BROWÏ does not admit the change of size or model between products, nor by another that is offered on the website. In the event that the User wants to make a change in a product, he must exercise the right of withdrawal (return) on it, and later buy the new product that he wants.
