For Spain (Peninsula) the shipping cost will be FREE .

All shipments will be delivered within a maximum period of 24/48 hours, as long as no incident arises with the transport agency. Orders are prepared and delivered to the courier on the same day for purchases made before 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday, Friday until 1:00 p.m. Purchases made after those hours are prepared the next business day. Orders placed in the months of July and August must be placed before 2:00 p.m. to be shipped on the same day.

Our courier company will send you an email with your tracking once it has been prepared and taken out of the warehouse.

When you receive it, you can enter it on the corresponding tracking page, if your tracking doesn't work, don't worry! Keep in mind that the company takes a few hours to enter your tracking into the system and that it only ships on business days, try to try again later.

  • All orders received from Friday to Sunday or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • In periods of promotions or sales, exceptionally, delivery times may be affected.
  • No deliveries are made on weekends.

In the event that we do not have stock of any product/s of the order, we will inform you of this situation by email and we will refund the corresponding part of it or the option to exchange it for another product from the collection with the same amount.

REMEMBER: Shipments are not made to PO Boxes, so it is necessary that you give us the exact delivery address.

To avoid problems in the event that you will not be at home at the time of delivery, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with a contact telephone number where we can locate you.

The transport agency will make up to 2 attempts to deliver the package to the address indicated in the order. In the event of not being able to contact the customer after 2 delivery attempts, the package will remain at the destination delegation for a maximum of 6 days from the date of the last delivery attempt, so that the customer can pick it up at the delegation. After those 6 days and if the client has not gone through the delegation to pick up the package, it will be returned to our facilities.

In case we cannot make the change in the address because the package has already been sent, we will give you an answer as soon as possible. Please note that this process may delay delivery time.
