1.2 PAYMENT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

The full amount of your order will be withdrawn from your bank account when the order and payment have been processed and approved. In the event that no payment has been received after the order has been shipped, BROWÏ may cancel your order automatically and without notification.

You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse at the email address you provided us when making the purchase. If for some reason you have not received any email, please check your spam folder. You can also write to us at info@browistore.com with the details of your order.

1.3 REJECTED PAYMENTS

The three most common reasons why a payment is being rejected by our payment system are the following:

  • Insufficient funds. Make sure there are enough funds in the account to make the purchase.
  • The credit card was not issued from the country you are currently in. Make sure that the credit card you are using is issued from the same country in the same country that you are making the purchase.
  • Your bank is blocking the online payment for security reasons. Get in touch with your bank and make sure that the payment is not being blocked.

1.4 SECURITY OF PAYMENT INFORMATION

All transactions are handled directly by our payment service provider, Shopify, with secure encryption and under strict banking regulations.

Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank, including BROWÏ.

2. WARRANTY AND REPAIR

CONTENT AND DURATION OF THE WARRANTY

The legal guarantee established in current regulations will apply. The legal guarantee is the obligation of the seller of a consumer product to ensure, for a certain period of time, the good condition of this product and the conditions of use and operation so that it fulfills its function. The legal guarantee for new products lasts for 24 months from the date of proof of purchase.

This guarantee will be valid only when it is sent with the proof of purchase (indicating the date of purchase, model and name of the distributor) together with the defective product during the period covered by the guarantee. BROWÏ reserves the right not to offer the free warranty service if the indicated documents are not presented or if the information they contain is incomplete or illegible. This guarantee does not cover transportation costs.

Once the warranty expires, the repairs will be assumed by the customer.

2.2. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This guarantee does not cover any of the following cases:

  1. Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water or natural disasters
  2. Failure or damage caused by improper use, lack of care (blows, crushing, tearing, cuts, chemical products...) or accidents
  3. Defects and damage due to normal wear and tear


3. APPLICATION OF THE DISCOUNT

The discounts we offer are only valid for orders placed on our official website, and are only valid for a limited amount of time.

If you have requested a discount code in the purchase process but it has not been applied, check that the code was valid when you made the purchase. If you have applied a valid code but it has not been effective, write to us at info@browistore.com .

At the moment it is not possible to make payments through transfer, but you can make the payment with Apple Pay, debit card, credit card or through Paypal.
